There are many tips and techniques to help you find and sign up more potential renters. The first thing to do is to put yourself in their shoes. If you were looking for a new place to live what would you expect? Do you expect a clean place, clean carpets, a certain look or style, freshly painted walls, etc.? The fact is that people want to move into a CLEAN place.
As a property manager you can help gain more renters by doing simple things like cleaning apartments. Steam cleaning or replacing old carpets will also not only help you sign up new tenants, but it will help you keep them there longer. Painting the walls is also an easy job, especially if you have a maintenance crew and will make the apartment look brand new to a potential renter.
